ARCHITECTURE WORTHY
OF THE EXECEPTIONAL LOCATION

The building at 8 Rajska sets the frontage of an important old-town street, from the crossing with Heweliusza St to the picturesque pedestrian precinct along the Radunia Canal.

Historically, known as Paradissgasse the street connects the Main Railway Station with the Old Town. The ground floor of the building will house high quality retail units complementing the reach offer already available in the neighbourhood. . In addition, in front of the adjacent NOT building, an public plaza has been created incorporating this modernist building into the new development.

ARCHITECTS

The design of the project was entrusted to architects from the celebrated JEMS Architekci. Their decign portfolio includes, among other projects, the head office of Agora S.A. and Gazeta Wyborcza in Warsaw, 19th District (19 Dzielnica) residential project in Warsaw, building of the Polish Embassy in Berlin, development of the Hoover Square at Krakowskie Przedmieście in Warsaw and numerous other award winning residential, commercial and public projects.
